Refund & Cancellation

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not auto-refund partial periods.

If a charge is wrong or the service failed to deliver, email support@ivisuality.com within 7 days and we will review and refund eligible charges.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
